I have been seeing an old co-worker for about 8 months now. Our relationship is EXTREMELY complicated. He was living with ex when we started seeing each other and about a month ago she finally moved out. I was warned by several people at work not to get involved with him (one guy even told me, in the typical girl he just looks for someone to sleep with) but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and pursued a relationship, but we are still not technically dating after all this time. I made it very clear to him we're not sleeping together unless we're dating, but about a week ago, we did. He's given me so many reasons to end things but I just can't. When we hang out, we hardly ever go out we're usually at my house, because I'm not allowed at his. I've introduced him to friends, my siblings and he's talked with my parents but he still has not given me the title of "girlfriend." The last few times that we were suppose to hang out he's made up some excuse of why he either does not show up, or shows up hours late without letting me know he's going to be late. He says he doesn't do it on purpose but when is enough, enough? I'm leaving for a few weeks in 4 days and yesterday was the only day I could see him before my trip, and he canceled! I then canceled my plans for tonight so I could see him one last time and when I asked him about tonight, he said he "may be able to make it," he says he wants to make things work and he cares about me, but is it time to end things for good?
